Surprisingly addictive Aug 30, 2010 The simplicity of this game makes it great for people of all ages, though it appeals to a certain kind of gamer. Personally, I enjoy collecting things and am a completionist. So anyone who enjoys that kind of game will like this one. It's also great for kids because they believe they can actually beat it even if it takes them a few tries.
There are seven games - tetherball, dodgeball, dart shootout, slot cars, paper races, wall ball, and kicks - and they have variations of each that get progressively harder. There are four areas, three of which you need to unlock. You're to beat each kid at their game, and then complete their three dares. You're awarded stickers and marbles for beating them. The marbles are used to buy other special stickers that grant you abilities to help you beat the harder kids. Some of the games were very easy to beat, but for several of the dares it did take me multiple tries before I could beat it. There are also a couple of mini games, including basketball and butterfly collecting. The purpose of the game is to beat all the kids on the playground so you can take on the Sticker King and try to get his sticker. There's a report card you can pull up to track your progress. You choose a character that the game provides, but you cannot use your Mii. 2 player mode is fun as well, but you do need to unlock things first in single player mode.
If you're looking for a light-hearted game that's surprisingly fun, this is a great buy for the price. The controls work perfectly and the game us visually pleasing. It's about 5-6 hours of play to get 100%. I recommend it as a family game or to people who like mini games with things to collect.
Great game for young children that want to Wii! May 06, 2010 This game has several different playground oriented games to play. My son at age 4 loved playing the paper airplane racer and the car race that looks like hot wheels cars on one of their plastic tracks. There is also handball and tetherball which he got the hang of quickly. This is one of the first games he could play on his own without my constantly helping him along. If your kids are older... above 7 probably... then I don't know if I'd get it. My 10 yr old plays it with her brother just to do something with him but it isn't her first choice when she wants to play Wii. Good family fun if you want to include the whole gang.
Fun game Jan 29, 2010 This game is pretty fun and has lots of mini games to keep the kids happy. I personally like the slot car racing the best followed by wallball and the darts game. Overall this is a good game that gets played quite a bit in our house.

Mediocre and monotonous. Dec 29, 2009 A number of tedious activities with a mean-spirited competitive playground setting thrown in for good measure. Teaches nothing and in fact, will leave your child worse off afterwards.

Excellent for younger children Nov 10, 2009 We've had this game for about a year and, at first, all the reading annoyed me. My daughter constantly wanted help with what the game was telling her. HOWEVER, once you read everything once, you don't have to read it again. She cared about what they were saying because she's old enough to really want to play it right. I was worried about letting my younger nephews play (aged 2-7) because of all the reading but they don't care at all what it says. They just click click click through to the games. The mini-games are fun. Navigating to each game gets a little tedious but the kids all really seem to enjoy it. I'd say this game is good for ages 2-10/11.
