It gets the job done Jun 01, 2010
By J. Martinez
"J.M"
If you have an HD TV, get these cables. It cleans up the color quality and you'll be playing games in 480p. Without this cable, games tend to look dark on HD TVs. This cable brightens things up a bit. Don't expect XBOX 360 video quality because the Wii does not support HD. Wii games are not formatted to run on HD. Another thing. At first, I had a bit of a hard time inserting the cable in the Wii. It was a tight fit, so be careful not to damage your Wii's cable input. As you insert the cable, gently wiggle your way in. Do the same when removing the cable. Usually goes in or out easily if you do that.

Works great Jan 07, 2010
By C. Tjoa I was hesitant to purchase this because of the lack of reviews, but the seller is well rated and the product works fine. Notably, the image on my hdtv appears to be crisper. Just wish the WII itself was HD!

Functionally good but poorly designed Aug 05, 2010
By David Leach While the cable works perfectly, the design is lacking. Each of the five component cables branch off from a single hub about six inches up the cable. This means that your video inputs and audio inputs can't be more than about a foot away from one another. This is perfectly fine if all five cables are going into the same device, but if you run your audio through an external receiver you may find that one foot isn't enough cable to reach between your television and stereo.

The cable is better than expectd Aug 19, 2010
By A. Lemke Something not mentioned in the reviews was that when viewing Netflix through the Wii, the movie is brighter than with the old cable. Previously, some movies were so dark you couldn't see them.

Works as advertised May 20, 2010
By Gilbert_Sundevil It was nice to be able to free up the RCA plug-ins on the back of my TV. Seems to be of good quality and works as advertised. And cheap, too!
