 Who the heck is Calvin Tucker and why did I buy this game! Jun 22, 2010
So I decided to pick this mess up on a gamestop buy two get one free sale. Found a bunch of $8.99 games and paid about $6.50 each with tax(still feel like I got ripped off...especially on this one). HORRIBLE graphics. Sound variations are so minimal that you turn the volume down after about 5 minutes so you can stop hearing the same sounds over and over. What were they thinking. I mean, yes, there are a few games to play, yes they are mostly easy, but the graphics are TERRIBLE. The quality just isn't there. One of the games is so bad that we can't even do it (search for an outhouse in the dark with a flashlight). The driving obstacle course is ridiculous. You can't go as fast as possible and miss the targets, so you end up hitting everything if you are even slightly competitive. Just plain boring. Unfortunately my 10 and 8 year old girls like it so I can't sell it. Ugh! Wish I would have saved my money and found more games like Wii Sports and Wii Fit Plus. Wii Sports Resort will be our next purchase (and Just Dance).

After reading the reviews, I spent $10 at a used game store.. Sadly it's $10 I'll never see agin.. This game is terrible.. The theme of the game is great. But that's about all there is to it. The controls are frustrating. And the redneck humor gets old, quick. I expected more of a challenge with the mini-games. But with "Redneck" in the title, I should've known better... I have no desire to play this game again..

For funny value only. This game is great fun. I am enjoying it. Fun for adults and kids. Maybe not little kids. Game play is challenging and it does seem like the computer is a bit unbalanced at times but that is the challenge for you to do better. Some games are very hard and others not. I think it was a pretty good balance and a great fun buy.

Totally bigoted ugly game, yet it is still acceptable to be bigoted toward this group. Not impressed that Wii would even let this fly. F&&&ing ugly.

Disappointing Game Purchase Feb 17, 2010
I was eager to buy this game, despite some of the negative reviews, but sadly, this game is just as bad as everyone says. The controls are not very well tuned, so it is difficult to control the actions of the onscreen characters, and there is little-to-no explanation as to how each game works.
Another disappointment is that the games are just not all that fun. With the exception of throwing dynamite at the fish, most were just not funny. Also, you have to play in single player mode to unlock the other games (you start off with just a few that are available to play.)
Additionally, this game would be a lot more fun if players could play head-to-head in multiplayer mode. Instead, you have to let each player take a turn and then pass the remote to the next player. Since some of the games are kind of long, this can turn into a snoozefest quickly.
My husband and I (who are avid gamers) played this game once (we played all of the minigames available once through) and then turned it off and have not picked it up again. This game is going to be traded in as soon as I have the time to make it up to the mall.
